BOARD CHARTER AND CODE OF CONDUCT
The Board of Electrometals Technologies Limited has adopted a formal charter which sets out the principles for the operation of the Board of Directors and provides a description of the functions of the board and the functions delegated to management. The Board Charter also incorporates a formal Code of Conduct for Employees. The principles and practices referred to in the Board Charter have been developed by the Board, in conjunction with management, and those principles will continue to be refined and updated as the Company and its operations continue to change and develop.
